The ARRL Board of Directors held its 2013 Annual Meeting January 18-19 in New Orleans, Louisiana. At the meeting, the Board set its legislative objectives for the 113th Congress, bestowed awards, approved the organization’s amended financial plan, elected members to the Executive Committee and ARRL Foundation, and more.
