ARRL The National Association for Amateur Radio^® Dream Station Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) sponsored by the American Radio Relay League, Inc. (“Sponsor” or “ARRL”) begins at 12:00 AM EST on January 3, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM EST on December 31, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

There are multiple methods of entry, and a limit of six (6) entries per person.

1. To Enter:

i. Automatically earn one (1) entry when you join, renew, or extend your ARRL Full Membership any time during the Sweepstakes Period (join, renew, or extend your membership to ARRL and pay the applicable membership fee during the Sweepstakes Period).

ii. An ARRL Full Member who has opted-in to auto-renew their membership as of 11:59 PM ET on December 31, 2025 will automatically earn two (2) entries (auto-renewal requires that you Manage Your Payment Methods and opt-in for auto-renewal when you Manage your Dues).

iii. An ARRL Full member (including Full Life Members) will automatically earn one (1) entry for every $50 they donate to the ARRL Diamond Club during the Sweepstakes Period (up to a maximum of six (6) entries).

iv. Mail a 3x5 card stating “Dream Station Sweepstakes” together with your name, call sign, date of birth, address, telephone number and email address in an envelope to: PO Box 330035, West Hartford, CT 06133, Attn: ARRL Dream Station Sweepstakes.  Mailed entries must be postmarked by December 31, 2025, and received by January 7, 2026. If entering by mail, only one (1) entry per outer envelope, and no photocopied or otherwise reproduced entries will be accepted.

v. Send a fax to 860-594-0303 with “Attn: ARRL Dream Station Sweepstakes” and include your name, call sign, date of birth, address, telephone number, and email address.  Faxed entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Limit of six (6) entries per person, regardless of method of entry (i.e. whether earned for a fee, via mail or fax for free, or a combination thereof).  Sponsor is not liable for lost, late, misdirected, illegible or postage due entries.

Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding.

2. Eligibility. Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Territories who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or at least the age of majority as legally mandated by the entrant’s jurisdiction of residence if greater than 18) at time of entry.   Prize winner must be a FCC-licensed Amateur Radio Operator at the time of entry and when the winner responds to being selected.  Employees, Officers, Directors, Vice Directors, and Section Managers of Sponsor, Sponsor’s affiliates, Sponsor’s advertising and promotion agencies and the immediate family members (meaning spouses, parents, siblings, children and their respective spouses) and members of the households of the foregoing individuals are not eligible.  Employees, Directors and Officers of Icom America, Inc., and the immediate family members (meaning spouses, parents, siblings, children and their respective spouses) and members of the households of the foregoing individuals are not eligible.  VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

3. Winner Selection and Notification.

The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing by Sponsor or its designee on or about January 30, 2026 from among all eligible entries received in accordance with the entry procedures set forth in Section 1 above.

The winner will be notified by email and/or telephone at the email address/telephone number he/she provided for ARRL membership, or on the 3x5 card or faxed entry, and must respond to the notification within ten (10) days. Winner will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, including any information necessary for tax purposes, a liability release, and, where lawful, a publicity release, within ten (10)  of the date of issuance or prize will be forfeited.

Winner must be a FCC-licensed Amateur Radio Operator at the time of entry and when the winner responds to being selected, which must be within ten (10) days of notification, as indicated above. Winner will be required to provide such proof if requested.

If a winner is a minor in his/her state of residence, the prize may be awarded in the name of, or to, winner’s parent or legal guardian who must execute all documents and agree to all obligations of winner, both on behalf of him/herself and on behalf of the winner, or prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

A prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries and confirmed in accordance with these Official Rules (i) if a selected prize winner cannot be reached within ten (10) days following the initial notification attempt, if winner (or his/her parent or legal guardian) does not sign and return the above documents within ten (10) days or if winner is not a FCC-licensed Amateur Radio Operator at the time of responding to the notification attempt, (ii) in the event of non-compliance with any of the requirements of these Official Rules, (iii) if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable or (iv) if a selected winner refuses the prize or is otherwise ineligible to receive the prize.

4. One (1) Prize: One (1) winner will receive:

Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Prize: $17,129.

No prize substitution or cash redemption, except at Sponsor’s discretion.  Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.  Prize is not transferable.  Winner is responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations applicable to the prize, including, but not limited to, insurance and registration requirements and operating restrictions.

All expenses not specified in these Official Rules, including, without limitation, taxes of any kind, (whether property, income and/or other tax), and the costs of repairs, any replacement parts and insurance are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Prize will be awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.  Any and all guarantees and warranties on the prize are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions, and winner agrees to look solely to the manufacturer for any potential warranty or guarantee claim.

5. Odds of Winning.  Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. General Conditions. General Conditions.  Sweepstakes entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.  All federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner.  BY ENTERING, ENTRANTS RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, AND ITS AFFILIATES, REPRESENTATIVES, PROMOTION, ADVERTISING AGENCIES, PRIZE SUPPLIERS AND ALL OTHERS ASSOCIATED THE DEVELOPMENT OR EXECUTION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS (THE “RELEASEES”) FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR ACCEPTANCE, USE, MISUSE OR NONUSE OF THE PRIZE OR PARTS THEREOF, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LIABILITY FOR DEATH, PERSONAL INJURY, DAMAGE OR LOSS OF ANY KIND, AND FROM LIABILITY TO ANY OTHER PERSONS OR PROPERTY RELATING TO THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR THE PRIZE.  THE RELEASEES DO NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATIVE TO THE USE OR OPERATION OF ANY PRIZE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY, AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  FURTHER, NO RESPONSIBILITIES ARE ACCEPTED FOR ANY ADDITIONAL EXPENSES, OMISSIONS, DELAYS, RE-ROUTING, OR ACTS OF ANY GOVERNMENT OR AUTHORITY. 7. Data Collection. Information entrants provide to Sponsor will be used to communicate with entrants regarding this Sweepstakes and otherwise as set forth in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy as it appears at https://www.arrl.org/privacy-policy#privacy-policy. Entry constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use winner’s name, likeness, entry information, hometown and state for advertising and promotional purposes in any and all media at the discretion of Sponsor without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

8. Official Rules and Winners List.  For a copy of these Official Rules or for the name of the Sweepstakes winner, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope (VT residents may omit postage) for receipt by February 28, 2026 to: American Radio Relay League, Inc., 225 Main Street, Newington CT 06111, Attn: Dream Station Sweepstakes Winner, or Attn: Dream Station Sweepstakes Official Rules, as appropriate.

9. Miscellaneous.  Unless prohibited, any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration pursuant to the Rules of the American Arbitration Association then in effect. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and/or Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard for the conflicts of law doctrine of that State or any other jurisdiction, and all proceedings shall take place in the State of Connecticut. If any provisions of these Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.  Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify these Official Rules at any time without notice.
