what is the mode being used on 3574 in the evenings lately.....looks like psk31 but does not decode |

Most likely FT8, which is typically transmitted using USB and a suppressed carrier frequency of 3573 kHz. It can be decoded with WSJT. Zak W1VT ARRL Senior Lab Engineer |
