Reciprocal Operating Countries List
Some nations have what is known as a "bilateral" operating agreement with the US. What this means is that Amateurs from each country have a means of operating from the other country. But note: Just because there is a bilateral agreement does not necessarily mean you may simply go to the other country and operate. Some countries require you to apply for a formal permit. You should check the list of specific country requirements for the proper procedures.
