The CCARC is a group of Federal Communication Commission (FCC) licensed amateur radio operators, which promote emergency communications in times of disaster and other emergency services for the community.

CCARC is a charitable organization in Lawton, Oklahoma, and was granted tax-exempt status (501C3) by the IRS in November 2021.
We focus on disaster preparedness and relief services, specifically on emergency communication support for Amateur Radio Emergency Services (ARES) and Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) organizations.
We provide computer and tablet (online) amateur radio testing programs through W5YI-VEC and ARRL-VEC organizations conducted in Lawton, Oklahoma, and surrounding areas.
