ARLB071 Voluntary Communications Emergency Cancelled

As of 2000 UTC September 16, 1999, the FCC has cancelled a voluntary
communications emergency declaration protecting the frequencies
3910, 7260, 3620, 3947 and 7105 kHz, plus or minus 3 kHz, and
145.17, 145.43, 145.73, 146.76, 147.3 and 147.36 MHz for emergency
traffic in the Virginia area.

A voluntary communications emergency remains in effect for 3923,
3926 and 7232 kHz, plus or minus 3 kHz, for emergency traffic in the
North Carolina area.
